Services / Website building
A good website is not only about looking professional.
It should also make your business easy to understand and the next step obvious.
We plan content, page structure and key features around your business goals, so customers have a clear path from understanding a service to sending an enquiry.
Whether we start from scratch or improve an existing site, everything begins with what customers need.
Does your website run into these problems?
- The pages are out of date and no longer reflect the business.
- There is plenty of content, but customers still cannot tell what you offer.
- The site is awkward to read or use on a phone.
- Enquiry entry points are hard to find and the form is too long.
- Changing content means contacting a developer every time.
- The website, forms and payment tools each work separately.
We first separate what needs a redesign from what can be fixed by adjusting content or adding a feature.
What we can build for you
Business website
Introduce the business, services, team and contact details, and build a consistent, professional impression.
- Home page
- Service pages
- About us
- FAQ
- Contact and enquiry
Service and campaign landing pages
Organise content around one service, one customer type or one campaign, covering value, fit, scope and the next step.
- No more making visitors hunt through unrelated information.
Enquiry and quote features
Enquiry, booking or quote forms that collect what you need for the follow-up conversation.
- Optionally connected to email notifications, Google Sheets or your existing CRM.
Package display and online payment
Show package differences, pricing and purchase conditions clearly. Standardised services can use a payment tool such as Stripe.
- Custom work can start with a quote and confirm payment later.
Website redesign
Keep the content and features that still work, and focus on information structure, visual consistency and usability.
- Keeping the current platform depends on a technical review first.
What we focus on while building
Content explained first
Answer what customers care about: what you offer, who it suits, how you work together, and how to get in touch.
Just as good on a phone
Navigation, type, images, forms and buttons are adapted for small screens, not simply shrunk.
A clear next step
Enquiry, quote or payment entry points match the purpose of the page, without competing calls to action.
Easy to maintain
Common text, images, services and contact details can be updated by you within the agreed scope.
A base for later improvement
Page titles, heading structure, internal links and essential search settings are handled so SEO work can continue later.
How the project runs
01
Agree the goal and pages
Who the site is for, what it must communicate, and which pages and features are in scope.
02
Prepare content and design direction
Collect brand assets, service copy and image needs, and confirm the overall direction.
03
Build and enter content
Page development, mobile adaptation, and the agreed forms, languages or payment features.
04
Review and launch
Check key pages, links, forms and flows, then launch and hand over once confirmed.
Typical deliverables
Confirmed per project; this can include:
- Agreed page designs and the implemented website
- Mobile, tablet and desktop layouts
- Content management backend
- Enquiry forms and notifications
- Essential search settings
- Agreed English and Chinese pages
- Deployment and backend usage notes
Domain, hosting, commercial plugins, third-party services and ongoing maintenance are itemised separately in the quote.
Common questions
Can you build it on WordPress?
Yes. If you need to change service copy, images and pages regularly, WordPress can be one option; the implementation depends on features and maintenance needs.
Can you build a bilingual website?
Yes. The page scope for both languages, who is responsible for translation, and how updates work afterwards all need to be agreed.
What if we have no final copy or images?
We can structure the content first, then agree who handles copywriting, asset collection and image production within the project scope.
Who maintains it after launch?
Either you take it over, or we agree updates, backups, technical checks and support separately. Responsibilities are stated up front.
Make the website a business entry point, not just an online business card.
