These are the basic terms for our services. The specific scope, price and delivery dates are set in the written quote or agreement.

Scope of work

Work starts once a written approach or quote is accepted. It sets out what is and is not included, the price, delivery timing and what you need to provide.

Fees and payment

Fees follow the quote and may be staged. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in NZD and exclude GST. Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, plugins and payment platforms are charged by those providers.

Customer responsibilities

Progress depends on the material, feedback and approvals you provide. If delays change the schedule, we will say so in advance.

Changes and cancellation

Scope changes are confirmed in writing and may affect cost and timing. If a project is cancelled after work starts, completed stages are still invoiced as agreed.

Intellectual property

Once invoices for the project are settled, the agreed deliverables transfer to you as described in the quote. Third-party tools, fonts, assets and platforms remain under their own licences.

Maintenance and support

Updates, backups, technical checks and maintenance after launch are a separately agreed service and are not included automatically.

Liability

We provide services with reasonable care. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations or specific commercial outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect loss.
